Catherine Malmendier

While there are over 1000 licensed Monopolize Your MarketplaceTM consultants, Catherine is one of less than 50 Accredited Master Consulting Agents (AMCA) who have completed required continuing education courses and other professional development pursuits within the Monopolize Your Marketplace disciplines.
In addition, Catherine has extensive experience with business, technology and operations processes standardization and measurement, training, project and program management, strategic planning, outsourcing governance, and consolidation/cost reduction initiatives.
Catherine is highly experienced in leading successful teams who are culturally and geographically diverse – both as direct reports and peers, large and small teams.
Prior to her MYM training, Catherine spent 22 years experience working in a large telecom company. During this time, her responsibilities included all facets of software development - requirements, architecture, design, development, test and process standardization and measurement of software development life cycle – including developing and implementing a software measurement program for over 10,000 software associates. Catherine’s work in this area led individual software development teams to achieve industry “Best in Class” performance levels.
Catherine and her husband, Tom, have 4 children - Catrina (6), Thomas (8), and Michael (23), a U.S. Marine stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Catherine enjoys reading and distance running and has completed three marathons. Catherine is also a student of United States Black Cat Kenpo Karate. The family lives in Allenhurst, NJ with their 3 golden retrievers.
